  • Hello SImon, there may be an issue with the Map Windows.  If you still have issues please send your shapefile to and i can convert it for you.     I asked the developer of inp.PINS his opinion and he said this..

    It stills available and should work with the correct version of MapWindow
    Control installed. I am not developing it more and things have changed a
    bit with MapWindow - it is falling down and the latest versions of the
    Control had some problems.

    You can tell them to check the FAQ ( ) and the first questions
    question provides their answer:

    1 - Cannot load GIS files?

    If inp.PINS gives you an error when loading GIS files, please install
    MapWinGIS ActiveX Control. You can find it at
    under 'Downloads --> MapWinGIS ActiveX', or at Recommended to install MapWinGIS.ocx vs.
    4.8.8 (32 or 64 bits according to your system). For more details, check the
    installation example in the tutorial.
