I think it is just due to your rainfall stopping, if the W value you use is too large then the hydrograph looks like the rainfall and the dropoff is fast after it stops raining
Here are the typical ways people use to calculate the Width parameter as shown in this dialog (Subcatchment manager in InfoSWMM)
I like Width = Area / Overland Flow Path Length and then square root of the area if I don’t know the path length
