As part of his job, he provided support for Infrastructure projects to The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN), Western Westmoreland Municipal Authority locally and in the past to the Cities of Indianapolis, IN, Columbus, OH and Fort Wayne, IN.
