How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:(mrsstellaabudheir@gmail.com ) for the full details.
Hello SImon, there may be an issue with the Map Windows. If you still have issues please send your shapefile to robert.dickinson@gmail.com and i can convert it for you. I asked the developer of inp.PINS his opinion and he said this..
It stills available and should work with the correct version of MapWindow Control installed. I am not developing it more and things have changed a bit with MapWindow - it is falling down and the latest versions of the Control had some problems.
If inp.PINS gives you an error when loading GIS files, please install MapWinGIS ActiveX Control. You can find it at http://www.mapwindow.org/ under 'Downloads --> MapWinGIS ActiveX', or at http://mapwingis.codeplex.com/. Recommended to install MapWinGIS.ocx vs. 4.8.8 (32 or 64 bits according to your system). For more details, check the installation example in the tutorial.

You can tell them to check the FAQ (

question provides their answer:
