Open Records Law and Modeling

There is an open records law request for an electronic version of my model that I am using to develop the long term control plan for a community. I provided the base version with model construciton parameters but they are demanding calibration files, GWI calcs, etc...
To what extent are these files propietary becuase this has huge ramifications for hte entire country if we cannot defend our position that these are protected. Also, no final reports have been published and nothing has been finalized.
