Hi there users,

Having some trouble modelling rain-gardens in SWMM. I have a few rain-gardens draining impervious surfaces in an urban catchment. 

In checking the detailed rain-garden flux files, it would appear that there is no exfiltration and the soil moisture never falls below porosity. 

I am thinking that perhaps I need to add an Aquifer so that water from the rain-garden recharge the aquifer?

But I do not have any details on the local aquifer. Is it somehow possible in SWMM to specify a realistic exfiltration rate of the soils surrounding the rain-garden?
