I would like to ask whether there is an open source tool for SWMM allowing for automatic design of pipe diameters in SWMM similar to that provided by DHI within Mike Urban.

Thank you very much for your rapid reply. I read the description and there are mentioned some types of design criteria to be specified by the user, for instance maximum allowable depth to diameter ratio. So it is not possible to specifiy critical water levels related to the manhole cover level in order to consider also pressurised flow. Is that correct and is there a more detailed description of the module available, for instance the manual of this module?

It is not open source but we have a tool called InfoSWMM and H2oMap SWMM designer that uses a Genetic Algorithm to design pipe diameters and other hydraulic features.
