Do you mean the flow direction arrows? To do that you need to change the upstream and downstream nodes for the link.
can I ask you how??
Make a new Node (A in this case) and then using the link dialog switch the upstream and downstream nodes using the temporary Node A.

Hi, I changed the time step, used KEEP and made a few other changes and the model looks much better now. I hope this helps.
