I want to have separate rating curves for filling and emptying of a storage tank. Is this possible in SWMM? If yes, could anybody tell me how?

You can do this by using an RTC rule to turn off one the curve and implement another curve by time. The filling curve is an outlet and the emptying curve would be another outlet.
