Linking or Coupling SWMM with Genetic Algorithm

I'm working on the coupling of SWMM with Genetic Algorithm by use Matlab language.
I want to call SWMM in Matlab "Genetic Algorithm"
Explain my idea:
1. build system model in SWMM.
2. Open "program Genetic Algorithm" programming by Matlab lang
