Pollutant Load

Hi! I got the hourly runoff results from model and the unit is CMS. Now I want to calculate the pollutant load in the runoff. Normally the unit of the load is kg/ha/yr, but I only have hourly runoff data and unit is cubic meters per second. I don't know if I can just convert the unit directly. For example, the total runoff for the watershed I selected is 28.23 CMS in 2012. To calculate the TSS load is the runoff, I used EMS which is 93.9 mg/l and equation is L=EMC*Q, where Q is runoff volume. The unit of the final result is kg/ha/s. Can I just convert it to kg/ha/yr directly? I don't think I'm correct since the final result is too huge and it's not rational. Because I only simulated LID in my case and want to see the pollutant removal benefits of it, I can't use SWMM to do it. In this situation, how can I get the result in kg/ha/yr instead of kg/ha/s?
