It can be done if NGSA is a text file - do you have a description of this text file?

  Hi thanks a lot for the reply, NSGA II is a "Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm" program which is written in C++.
  The base file is attached herewith as nsga2.c
  I wanna link SWMM to NSGA II, in order to do an optimization in Combined Sewer Overflows.
